Main bedroom
All three bedrooms are designed with practicality and comfort in mind. The main bedroom features a king-size bed (or two large singles) with two side tables, offering convenient surface space. Wall-to-wall wardrobes provide generous storage, and a well-placed mirror adds to the room's utility. Blackout curtains ensure a restful and comfortable environment, and the bedroom connects directly to a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Two twin rooms
Each room includes two single beds, a shared bedside table, chest of drawers, spacious wardrobe and mirror. Blackout curtains in both rooms provide added comfort, making them suitable for restful evenings or daytime naps. With their efficient layout and thoughtful furnishings, these bedrooms offer everything needed for a practical and enjoyable stay.
Bathroom and WC
The family bathroom features a modern, spacious layout with a toilet, sink, and large walk-in shower. In addition to the family bathroom and ensuite there is a large separate WC room, providing a third toilet and hand basin for your convenience.

Kitchen, dining and living room
The open-plan living area is designed to provide a practical and comfortable space for your stay. The sitting room includes three double sofas (two of which are double sofa beds), a wall-mounted smart 60” TV, a coffee table with games stored underneath, and handy nested tables perfect for resting drinks or snacks while you relax. A bookshelf is stocked with a selection of books for guests to enjoy. Two sets of French doors lead directly onto the outdoor decking, allowing easy access to the outside area.
